Question 1 - Who may purchase and do I have to have an account to purchase on this online store?

ANSWER; No, you do not need to have an account to shop on the online store and yes, the store is open to all customers within South Africa who wish to purchase.As our store grows we may start to stretch our sales across our borders to other countries but not at this stage.

QUESTION 2 - How do I place an order and how do I pay for it ?

ANSWER;Once you have navigated the site and have found a product you wish to purchase, then click on the quantity and size if required. Should you wish to continue shopping then press ADD TO CART and continue. Should this be the only purchase then press  BUY IT NOW and follow the prompts, now press CHECK OUT. If you are collecting then press PICK UP. If you require delivery then press DELIVERY. You will then be required to fill in your invoicing and delivery as well as contact details.Then press CONTINUE TO SHIPPING. Now press PAYMENT method. You may either pay using your credit card or by clicking Bank Deposit. From here on its plain sailing.

QUESTION 3 - Can I place an order via e-mail if i don't want to purchase online?

ANSWER;Yes, sure you may.Just email us on rafspa@xsinet.co.za with a list of what you would like to purchase. Please be sure to include the SKU-number found on each item. Once your email has been received we will forward you an invoice/quote for payment.

Please be sure to provide delivery details if you are not collecting.

QUESTION 4 - Can I collect an order myself?

ANSWER; Yes sure, if you select the PICK UP option you will be advised per email once your order is ready for collection. Depending on what you purchase your order should take about 1- 4 days before you may collect. The delivery address in Northmead Benoni will be on your email ,as well as the times that  you may collect.

QUESTION 5 - How long does delivery take?

ANSWER;Depending on what you have purchased and where you live, it usually 3-4 days from receipt of payment.

QUESTION 6 - Do you deliver to all areas ?

ANSWER;We deliver throughout South Africa, but only to physical addresses, that means it must be a street address and not a post office box.

Outlying farms and small holdings without street names where traditional postal services are not available,may not be covered. Should you reside in such an area, please pop us an email at rafspa@xsinet.co.za and we will confirm if we can deliver to you by regular means. If not, then special arrangements can be made with you in this regard. Rafspa Suppliers.online reserves the right to charge additional charges for deliveries to such areas.

QUESTION 7- What are the delivery costs ? 

ANSWER; Delivery charge is a flat rate of R75.00 for all purchases under R1000.00

QUESTION 8 - Do the prices shown include VAT ?

ANSWER; Yes, all prices include VAT, What you see is what you pay. On the Shipping page the VAT portion of your purchases will be displayed. On receipt of your purchases a full Tax invoice will be provided.

QUESTION 9 - How will I know the status of my order?

ANSWER; Once the order is placed, we will provide you with an ETA.This will be updated should any change arise. Once your goods have been dispatched you will receive a tracking number.

QUESTION 10 - Can I pay with cash ?

ANSWER;Unfortunately, since we are an online store, no cash payments will be allowed.

QUESTION 11 - Can I pay with EFT.?

ANSWER;Yes you can. There are two methods that you can use.One is instant EFT through PAYFAST and the other is the conventional method of transferring the funds yourself. If you use the traditional method, then click BANK DEPOSIT under the PAYFAST screen. Our banking details can then be then found in the information box.

QUESTION 12 - When will my credit card be charged?

ANSWER; Your credit card will be charged once your order has been correctly placed and if your card is valid.This is all done through a safe secure system called PAYFAST.

QUESTION 13 - Can I cancel my order?

ANSWER; You may cancel your order up until the time you receive notification of shipping. There after you may return the product in accordance with our returns policy.
