Shipping policy

All orders not marked for collection will be shipped to the customer using a courier chosen by Rafspa Suppliers.

Our standard shipping rate is R75.00 and for purchases over R1000.00 there is no charge.

Delivery time to major centers is 1-4 days however outlying areas may take up to 7 days.

Rafspa Suppliers will only ship to physical addresses and not post office or private bag numbers.Should the customer reside in a townhouse complex or apartment building,  then the name of the building/apartment complex as well as the street number is required. The customer must endeavor to make arrangements to be on the property or have a suitable responsible person to receive  the order during normal working hours. Should the customer know they will not be available for any reason, this must be communicated with us per email rafspa@xsinet.co.za in order for suitable arrangements to be made.

Outlying farms or smallholdings may accrue additional charges should they not be serviced by our regular couriers. Rafspa Suppliers reserves the right to inform and charge the additional shipping charges before dispatching of orders should this occur. Customers who think they may fall into these such areas are advised to please contact us on rafspa@xsinet.co.za to confirm before placing any orders.
